Pancho is fluently bilingual, upbeat, considerate, patient and flexible. The best example of all his dedication was a lake day, with plenty of wind. So much, in fact, that two oars were not enough to move against the wind. Pancho stowed the oars, did not start the motor( not putting the fish down),but rather jumped into two feet of water and 18 inches of muck and TOWED THE RAFT INTO THE WIND FOR 45 MINUTES.

My friends and I have had the good fortune to fish Chilean Patagonia with Francisco Vilches from Huillin fly fishing adventures.
